Sales ledger (approx 1000 transactions per month)
Post the daily receipts on Stripe, Paypal and Bank into Xero
Reconcile the sales ledger accounts
Sending out customer statements
Respond to customer service and account queries
Credit Control support
Payroll
Cashflow management and liason with Director
Supplier payments
Match goods receipts to purchase orders and invoices
Process purchase invoices in Hubdoc/Xero
Reconcile supplier accounts
Overseeing stock control
Produce Monthly P&L & Management Pack
General administration to support the management, sales team and business
Overseeing finance assistant
Experience using Xero would be preferred but training can be given. Previous use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
Training in role to be provided

Pasturetec is an innovative and independently owned growing Agricultural Retail business, with a physical store, e commerce and wholesale business. The Finance role is office based and fast moving environment, with a large number of transactions per month. This role would suit someone with experience looking to develop the role as the company expands and may lead to employing a further person to manage in the team as the workload grows. Pay reflected on experience with KPIs could lead to bonuses.
The business is looking to expand and so this is a role that would suit someone wanting to work within a small team, with autonomy for the Finance functions, reporting to the Managing Director and responsible for developing all aspects of the department as the business grows.
