• Assist with daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce Monthly Management Accounts Pack
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Support the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
