At XPO, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role is based in the Crick, with 2-3 days per week in the office.


This role is currently a 12-month fixed term contract however there is a likely opportunity for a full time permanent role to become available.

What you'll do on a typical day:

As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:


Leading the implementation of finance processes and systems to meet site objectives. Building strong relationships with Operational Managers, General Managers, and senior customer stakeholders Producing accurate financial and operational reports, including P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensuring invoicing and P&L entries are accurate and compliant. Collaborating with central finance to monitor and manage site-related debt.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

ACCA/CIMA qualified (or working toward it) Proven experience in a similar finance management role - ideally in a logistics or contract-based environment. A positive, proactive mindset - we work hard and support each other to create a great team culture.
