Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Dewsbury to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance
• Managing and developing a small finance team (2 direct reports)
• Supporting the senior leadership team with financial insights and reporting

The Candidate
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package & Progression

• Salary: 55,000 per annum
• Benefits: 24 days holiday + bank holidays, annual bonus, pension scheme

• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
