We're looking for an experienced

Finance Manager

to lead the financial management support for a major healthcare directorate. You'll oversee budgets of c.130m, provide high-level analysis, and ensure the organisation meets its statutory and operational duties.

What you'll be doing:

Producing and interpreting financial reports for senior managers and clinicians. Managing a small team of management accountants. Leading on prescribing budget analysis and supporting new business cases. Driving efficiency while supporting service development. Supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and recovery planning.

What we're looking for:

Fully qualified CCAB or CIMA (or finalist). 3+ years' experience in a senior management accounting role, ideally NHS/public sector. Proven staff management experience. Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain complex data clearly.
