Finance Manager- Goole - \xc2\xa355,000-\xc2\xa360,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working alongside a growing, entrepreneurial, international business, who are looking for a driven Finance Manager to oversee their Goole site. This role forms part of the Site Management Team and you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, as well as maintaining controls and procedures.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Manager Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and publishing the weekly flash, monthly financial reports, including detailed variance and KPI reporting
• Conducting regular Business Review meetings with the site leadership team and group
• Co-ordinate and direct the preparation of an accurate annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Manage and mentor a small finance team
• Play a true part of the site leadership team to drive performance of the site
• Managing and complying with all statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
• Lead with the stakeholder of business for financial control in areas of Order-to-Cash, Procurement-to-Pay, Inventory as well as Cost & Capital Improvements
• Supporting the year-end close process and financial audits
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions
• Involvement in various group wide project work

Required Skills & Experience:

• Qualified or later stages part qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience of creating financial statements and KPI\'s
• IT literate including ERP systems
• A driven, proactive individual who has a continuous improvement mentality
