The Myton Food Group, the Morrisons manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to provide critical finance support to our Manufacturing business area - working closely with the central and divisional Commercial teams, this role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across the Myton Food Group.This role will involve:Leadership of our pricing and costing approachProviding insight and analysis on our customer and category performanceDeveloping commercial agreements with existing and new customersThis role will report to the Head of Finance, but also closely with the broader Central and Site Finance teams as key partners and stakeholders. The individual will also be business partnering with the Head of Sales and would be expected to work collaboratively with Morrisons stakeholders to strengthen relationships and processes.About youA professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalentKnowledge of financial and management accountingAttention to detailAn ability to deliver in a complex, fast paced environmentExcellent analytical thinking and numerical skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel or Google sheets skillsGood verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent wayResilience and ability to adapt in an ever changing environmentWorking knowledge of databases such as OracleExperience of stakeholder managementExperience of having to prioritise to meet deadlinesAbout usOur modern Head Office on the edge of Bradford is home to our different support teams from tech, marketing and finance to HR, trading and supply chain.Alive with activity, this is where decisions are made and our corporate teams make sure everything runs smoothly.
