Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of financial management principles. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organisation, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while implementing effective cost control measures. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organisation's objectives and growth plans. Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for internal and & 1 external stakeholders. Manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective cost control measures. Lead financial planning initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data. Collaborate with cross-functional and overseas teams to drive financial performance and support decision-making processes locally & globally.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Finance Manager or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse and local & global team effectively. In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, cost control practices, and financial planning methodologies. Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
