This is a hands-on, standalone finance role within a fast growing London based creative service agency. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day finance function, working closely with the leadership team to support smart decision-making, manage financial processes, and ensure smooth operational finance. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Complete the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process
Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and board packs and work with the f.CFO to present them to the Board
Monitor cash flow, debtors budgets, and forecasts, ensuring financial health and liquidity
Operations & Compliance
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Be the main point of contact for managing complicated client payment processes. Maintain and lead on key client billing processes.
Responsibility for managing and filing VAT returns
Liaise with external accountants/auditors/c.CFO and manage the year-end process
Maintain and improve financial systems, controls, and processe
Strategic Finance
Partner with senior leadership and client teams to maintain and accurately track our income forecast.
Keenly monitor our financial performance against market trends.
Drive efficiencies and identify opportunities through cost analysis
Monitor the workload with the agency, looking for efficiency that your role can play a part in delivering
What We're Looking For
Qualified/Studying accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
3+ years of experience in a similar finance role, ideally in a creative, design, or agency environment
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Comfortable operating hands-on
Experience with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
