The Role: Finance Manager - Group Finance




We're hiring a Finance Manager to make a significant contribution to the development of our group finance function. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with a solid technical foundation and a strong interest in group reporting, acquisition integration, and process improvement.


In this role, you'll work directly with the VP Finance and gain exposure to a broad range of financial operations across our global portfolio of software companies. From group consolidation and IFRS reporting to system implementations, M&A support and collaborating with local group company teams to build scalable financial infrastructure -- this role offers a fast-paced, learning-rich environment for an ambitious finance professional ready to step into a platform-level role.


This is a unique opportunity to help architect the finance foundations of a next-generation SaaS platform.

What You'll Do



Group Consolidation & Close:

Key role in the month-end close process and preparation of consolidated group accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Reporting & Analysis: Help develop standardised reporting formats and performance dashboards and deliver high-quality reporting and analysis to support decision-making across the group.

IFRS & Acquisition Accounting Integration

: Support integration of new acquisitions into group reporting and help ensure accurate application of IFRS, including acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations. Finance Systems and Processes: Support selection and implementation of core finance systems and tools to streamline and enhance reporting, consolidation, and compliance across the Group. Look for ways to automate and scale processes.

Support Statutory Accounts and Tax Compliance

: Coordinate with external advisors and local teams to support audits, tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements across jurisdictions.

What we need to see (Essential experience):



Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA), 2+ years post qualification experience with strong foundation in financial control and IFRS technical accounting International Group Consolidation experience in a Group Finance role Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or acquisitive environment Strong Excel and financial systems skills with an eye for detail and process improvement Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to be hands-on

What we would like to see (Bonus experience):



Background in Big 4 or a top-tier audit/advisory firm Experience with accounting system or consolidation tool implementations Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or software business models
