The Finance Manager will oversee accounting and financial operations within the manufacturing industry, ensuring robust financial management and compliance. • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering insights to support strategic decisions.

• Supervise and support the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Over two years of experience in industry, ideally within a group business
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
