Finance Manager (Part-Time - 30 Hours per Week)

Are you an experienced Finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role with great benefits? We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our team on a 30-hour-per-week basis. This is a stand-alone role, so we're seeking someone who's confident managing the finance function independently while also being comfortable supporting other areas of the business such as HR or marketing when required.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing all aspects of finance, including management accounts, reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and budgeting. Day-to-day bookkeeping such as raising invoices, making payments, and credit control Managing payroll and liaising with external accountants where required Providing financial insights to support business decisions and growth Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies Supporting other business areas such as HR and marketing on an ad-hoc basis Providing advice, support and guidance for other staff on finance, budgeting and other related issues

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role (stand-alone role experience a plus) AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work independently Excellent organisational and communication skills Ideally some exposure to HR, marketing, or general business support functions
