Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Norwich with some travel. The Finance Manager will be a hands on role that is responsible for managing all financial operations, including departmental financial reporting with analysis. The role also entails managing accounts payable and receivable, credit control, cashflow forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to support business objectives. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strategic planning and financial decision-making to drive the company's financial health and growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis Experience with accounts payable and receivable management Experience of cashflow forecasting and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Accounting qualifications are helpful but not essential Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
