to lead the financial operations of our clients growing business. You'll be responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and team leadership, while supporting wider business goals across operations, IT, and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee payroll, pensions, VAT, and compliance
Manage external audits, tax, insurance, and banking relationships
Supervise and develop the finance team
Deliver monthly management accounts and board reports
Drive improvements in working capital, credit control, and internal controls
Liaise with external IT and cybersecurity providers
Oversee utilities, leases, and site services
Ensure accurate reporting using
Sage/Sage 50
About You:
Proven experience in a senior finance role
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Sage and confident with financial analysis
Commercially aware, with a hands-on approach
