Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a supportive and socially conscious organisation? 3Spirit Training is a fast growing SME training provider specialising in the UK Care sector, and we're on the lookout for a hands-on finance professional to join our team.

About the Role:

As our

Finance Manager

, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and support the wider business strategy. Reporting directly to the board, you'll be the go-to for all things finance, from monthly reporting to payroll and forecasting; supported by the directors and external accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of

monthly management accounts

using

Xero

Submission of

VAT returns

Running

payroll via Xero Payroll

for a small team (approx. 20 staff)

Credit control

and maintaining cash flow Updating and maintaining our

financial forecast model

Producing and presenting a concise

monthly finance report

to the board Collaborating with

divisional leads

to ensure accurate financial reporting across our

funded learning

and

commercial programmes

Managing

pensions

and ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment requirements Providing end of year financials to our external accountants to produce stat accounts

About You:

Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Finance Assistant (preferably within an SME) Proficient in

Xero

(including Xero Payroll) Strong understanding of

UK accounting, VAT, payroll, and pensions

Comfortable working independently and remotely, with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience in the

training or education sector

is advantageous but not essential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
