As we expand our portfolio across property and business ventures, we need someone who's not only confident in their bookkeeping skills, but also excited about playing a key role in our long-term financial strategy.

What You'll Do

You'll be central to our financial health, keeping everything organised while helping us build a foundation for sustainable growth:

Maintain and update financial records using tools like QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payments Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with annual budgeting Monitor invoices and ensure compliance with internal policies Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation Collaborate across departments for clear, insightful financial reporting

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

bookkeeping

or a similar role Proficiency with accounting software like

QuickBooks

Strong knowledge of

accounts payable
