Location: Sheffield or Salford - with flexibility to work remotely and occasional office visits
Hours: 40 hours per week - we're happy to discuss flexible working options

What will you be responsible for?
As our Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial success of our Building Solutions North region. You'll partner with operational teams, influence decision-making, and help drive growth across a portfolio of exciting projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with senior leaders
- Producing insightful monthly accounts and performance analysis
- Attending contract reviews, providing expert financial guidance and challenge
- Managing cash flow and WIP to keep projects on track
- Building strong relationships and mentoring a talented finance team
This role of Finance Manager is great for you if:
- You're a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with Post Qualification Experience
- You have experience in long-term contract accounting
- You know the construction industry inside out
- You're confident working across multiple sites and happy to travel when needed
