Job Description

Impact: The Finance Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operating of the Finance processes of the AEI group of companies. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone to champion timely and accurate reporting, whilst also keeping one eye on the underlying processes and working with the entire team to maintain a healthy Finance function.

• Accounting Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in conducting balance sheet reconciliations, handling fixed assets, investments, stock, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
• Payroll and Taxation: Knowledge and experience in payroll, pensions, PAYE, VAT, and creditor reconciliations.
• VAT Calculation & Submission: Competency in calculating and submitting accurate VAT calculations.
• Accruals and Prepayments: Proficiency in managing accruals, prepayments, and monthly revenue/accrued income calculations.
• Artist Royalties Cost Accruals: Familiarity with calculating monthly artist royalties cost accruals is a bonus.
• Payment Processing: Experience in overseeing month-end payment runs and monthly royalty payment processing.
• Part or fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
