We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast paced business in Trafford. This role is based in Manchester and requires expertise in accounting & finance to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance.

• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Lead and mentor the accounting & finance team to achieve targets.

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting & finance
• Studying towards a professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience

• A proven track record of managing financial operations and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
