Our client is a leading billion \xc2\xa3 turnover consumer brand based at a highly desirable central London location. As a result of ongoing investment and growth - the business is now seeking to recruit a brand new position - Finance Manager - Transformation

This a broad and \'meaty \' commercially orientated position in which you will support senior leadership with ongoing finance transformation and change management projects

Key responsibilities will include the following

Challenge normal practice to continually improve financial planning processes

Provide effective change management to develop new systems

Review operational systems and drive ongoing improvements as the business continues to evolve and invest

Work to understand cash flows and associated processes to ensure they are streamlined and working effectively

Supper senor management and directors with ongoing strategic and commercial project work

We are seeking qualified finance professionals who possess relevant financial planning/ commercial experience at post qualified level (c 18 months -2 years minimum )

Previous change management and finance transformation experience would be useful but not essential

A strong/ communicator/ influence as well as a real drive and desire to drive change and finance transformation is key.
