About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and well-organised Finance & Admin Assistant to join our busy private medical practice in central London. This is a varied role supporting both financial processes and day-to-day admin, including patient enquiries and surgery bookings. You'll be a key part of the team, helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering a professional and friendly front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
? Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
? Upload and create purchase invoices, seek payment approval, and ensure timely settlement
? Perform company bookkeeping to support management accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
Admin & Reception
? Manage reception and respond to patient enquiries (in person, by phone, and email)
? Oversee appointment scheduling and surgery bookings
? Support the team with surgery list preparation and help the team with audits.
? Help maintain an organised, efficient working environment
About You
? Organised, reliable, and confident
? Able to multitask efficiently
? Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
? Xero or finance admin experience preferred
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in a medical or clinical setting
