About this opportunity
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support both UK and US sites through a variety of administrative and finance related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for someone to join us on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities:
Data inputting of purchase orders for both Wantage and Chicago sites, and dealing with any inputting queries
Raising customer invoices and credit control
Maintenance of CT supplier and customer address books
Provide cover for travel/car hire bookings
Scanning & filing of delivery documentation
Coordinating meetings, visitors and catering requests
Providing EV charging support
Ad hoc duties as required
Required
education, qualifications and experience:
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience of office administrative duties
Required skills and competencies:
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills and a strong team player
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Flexible and positive attitude
Beneficial

Experience working within a Finance team
Experience using accountancy software
