The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and collaborative
Finance Officer/Assistant
to join our expanding operational finance team.

You'll be a key player in our day-to-day finance function, supporting a range of processes, solving problems, and helping to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. No two days are quite the same -- and that's exactly how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience, you'll receive training and support to help you:
Maintain accurate Accounts Payable ledgers
Raise weekly and monthly supplier payments
Assist in reviewing and standardising finance processes
Process staff expenses and company credit cards
Prepare monthly general ledger summaries and reconciliations
Support month-end accounts reporting and year-end audit preparation
Identify and implement workflow and process improvements

What You'll Bring
We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds:
For experienced candidates:
2+ years in a finance, accounting, or similar role
Confident with reconciliations, ledger management, and streamlining processes
Strong Excel skills (essential); experience with Sage Intacct a plus
Great attention to detail and a can-do, team-first attitude
For school or college leavers / early-career applicants:
A genuine interest in finance, numbers, and problem-solving
Basic Excel knowledge (we'll train you on everything else)
Eagerness to learn, grow, and gain qualifications while you work
A positive, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills
