We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer to join the Finance Team at Acsoft Limited. The successful candidate will be a hard working individual, with knowledge and experience in the field of finance.

As a Finance Officer you will work directly with the Finance Manager to support and cover all aspects of the day to day Finance functions. The individual will be enrolled on a company funded course working towards acquiring the AAT accounting qualification, if not already qualified.

Responsibilities

Raising customer sales invoices Uploading supplier bills and purchase ledger management Credit control ensuring customers pay invoices on time Carry out Bank reconciliations and report any inconsistencies Posting intercompany invoicing and journals Carry out stock adjustments ensuring records agree with the physical count Managing the Finance inbox Provide support with Month End close Assist the Finance Manager with any additional tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department

Skills required

Proven attention to detail Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Office Suite Effective organisational and time management skills Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Self-motivated with a desire to learn.

Desired Qualifications

GCSE English and Maths A-C or equivalent

AAT Level 2 +
