About us

Ykids is a vibrant and busy charity with a Christian ethos, working with children, young people and families to raise 'World Changers', young people with the emotional resilence and skills to succeed in life despite their circumstances.

We deliver multiple weekly programmes, large community and regional events and run a Victorian Explorer themed childrens bookshop and literacy project based in the Strand Shopping Centre.

We are looking for an experienced finance officer to join our team and be responsible for the day to day management of our finances, preparing budgets, petty cash, restricted and unrestricted budgets and management accounts. Using Xero accounting system, Dext and managing petty cash, the successful candidtate will work in partnership with the CEO and project leads.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team and have a passion to see the lives of children, young people and communities changed for the better.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
