About the Role
Anglian Learning is seeking a
Finance Officer
to join our central finance team, supporting a group of schools within the Trust. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing income and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with Trust financial regulations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage school bank accounts, income, and reconciliations.
Operate school income and cashless catering systems.
Raise invoices and manage credit control.
Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions.
Maintain supplier records and follow fraud prevention procedures.
Respond to finance queries promptly and support colleagues across the Trust.
About You
Experience in finance or administration (school/education sector experience desirable).
Good numeracy, IT, and Excel skills.
Strong organisation, accuracy, and customer service focus.
Team player with a proactive approach.
