Are you an experienced Finance Officer, who has a good eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you! An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic planning team on a part-time, permanent basis to support us with finance administration to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Although flexible on how the hours are worked, ideally, we\'re looking for someone who can support us for 22.2 hours a week, spread across Monday - Friday. You will focus on finance administration and will be responsible for monitoring the budgets for the planning team, setting up customer accounts, preparing purchase orders and invoicing and payment processing. You will also take the lead in preparing the end-of-year reconciliations and accounts. In this busy and varied role, no two days will be the same, you could be co-ordinating responses to information requests, analysing financial information or writing reports. This really is an opportunity to make a real impact; ensuring our busy and talented planning team gets the finance and accountancy support they need to deliver a customer-focused planning service designed to facilitate growth in a way that protects and promotes all that is valued by our communities. We want an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, you will be experienced in using Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and proactive, you will have previous finance administration experience and be able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision to meet multiple deadlines. If you have a good general knowledge surrounding the concepts and principles of finance administration including end-of-year reconciliations and accounts, you will thrive in this role.
