Location:

London Office (Regent Street) - Hybrid working considered after training period

Working Hours:

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Salary:

Starting from 28,500 (depending on experience)

Start Date:

ABOUT THE ROLE



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our friendly and professional team in central London. This role is essential to our company's financial operations and requires someone with strong credit control and financial skills.

You must have an accounting qualification, hands-on finance experience and be confident working both independently and follow management lead as well as working as part of a team.

Our finance function plays a critical role in supporting a smooth operation and meeting the needs of our students, hosts, and clients. This finance role requires a willing, able, capable, friendly, committed and efficient Finance person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Managing client credit control debt reports and liaising with internal teams and external clients

Sending invoices and statements

Tracking overpaid clients

Responding to payment queries via phone and email

Weekly client payment run and key account billing

Holding finance-focused Teams meetings with staff

Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Supporting cashflow reporting and internal audit prep

Maintaining accurate logs, spreadsheets, and financial records

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS



Candidates must meet all the following criteria to be considered:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role

Accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA part-qualified or similar)

Experience in credit control and report preparation

Strong working knowledge of Excel and any CRM system (we use Class from Infospeed)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage weekly/monthly schedules and meet deadlines

Based in London or within commuting distance to our central office (hybrid considered)
