Join our Finance Team and play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly. This role combines finance administration with responsibility for managing our busy facility hire service.
What you'll do:
Process purchase requisitions, invoices and payments
Maintain accurate financial records and support month?end tasks
Manage Arbor Pay items, reports and parent queries
Lead on
facility hire (lettings)
: enquiries, bookings, contracts and payments
Liaise with hirers, site staff and managers to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service to staff, parents and external user
What we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Finance admin experience and confident IT skills
Great communication and customer service
Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team
