About Our Client


PageGroup have exclusively partnered with a brilliant non-profit organisation based in central Leeds. We are recruiting for a permanent and part-time Finance Officer position to join their head office team.

The organisation is an established arts-based charity, supporting a community of hundreds of artists and creative businesses and funding a number of projects via locally based artists. The work they do brings artists from all over the world to Leeds through commissions, residencies, and events.


Reporting into the CEO, the Finance Officer will be solely responsible for the daily finance transactions of the organisation. The role holder will work closely with all budget holders and the Executive Team to ensure accurate processing of all financial information. This will include purchase ledger duties including raising POs and carrying out weekly payments to suppliers, bank reconciliations, occasionally supporting with collecting outstanding debt, support other teams with financial queries, produce ad-hoc financial reports for the Executive Team, review expenditure within budget lines as directed by the Senior Management Team.

The successful applicant will be joining the small head office team where collaboration and team work is encouraged, so you may occassionally support with other duties.

Candidates wishing to apply should have:
  • Relevant experience in a finance / bookkeeper role
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and good numerical ability
  • Good computer literacy, including accounting system (i.e. Xero)
  • Well rounded interpersonal skills
