We're a thriving children's activity provider, running holiday clubs, after school clubs and sports programs for ages 3-13 across the Southwest. With 12 core staff expanding up to 70-80 during school holidays, we're a fast-growing, family-focused business that truly values work-life balance.

The Opportunity

As part of our strategic growth plan, we're consolidating our finance functions to create greater efficiency and provide enhanced support to our expanding operations. This newly created role will be central to streamlining our financial processes and will offer genuine career development opportunities.

What You'll Do:



Complete bookkeeping cycle in Xero (invoicing, sales input, bank reconciliation, intercompany loans) Process monthly payroll using BrightPay (with full training and Financial Director supervision) Ensure month-end deadlines are met for management reporting Work closely with our Financial Director for ongoing support and professional development Play a key role in optimising our financial operations

Experience & Skills:



Bookkeeping experience essential Payroll knowledge helpful but comprehensive training provided Xero experience preferred (training available) Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and organised Strong communication skills
