We're pleased to be expanding our Service Charge team and are looking for an additional Finance Officer to help manage and administer the service charge process for our rental, shared ownership, and leasehold customers. You'll also play a key role in integrating our current rent and service charge processes into new, improved ways of working.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate rent and service charge data and supporting the delivery and improvement of our service charge processes. You'll contribute to integrating rent and service charge activities in line with our new systems. Providing excellent customer service in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face will be essential, as you'll act as an ambassador for Abri across the board.
We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of service charges and housing finance, who can manage a busy and varied workload with confidence and a positive attitude. You'll be a great communicator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Just as importantly, you'll be proactive and comfortable suggesting ways to improve the way we do things.
If you're looking for a role where you can really make a difference and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.
Don't wait to apply - we'll be reviewing and interviewing candidates as applications come in, and may close the advert early if we receive enough interest.
