We are a mental health charity providing supported housing and essential services to individuals with mental health needs. Our mission is to offer a safe, stable, and empowering environment where people can thrive.

We're seeking a Finance Officer who will bring accuracy, integrity, and insight to our finance function - supporting everything from daily transactions to financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support.

Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and financial reports.

Monitoring income and expenditure across our mental health and supported housing services.

Working closely with the management team to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Supporting our Treasurer on regulatory reporting.

Maintaining compliance with charity and housing finance regulations.

You will need to have:

Proven experience in charity and/or social housing finance (or transferable sector knowledge).

Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and budgeting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Empathy for our mission and a desire to contribute to positive social impact.

Be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
