The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and collaborative

Finance Officer

to join our expanding operational finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across the full spectrum of finance.

You'll be a key player in our day-to-day finance function, owning processes, solving problems, and making sure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. No two days are quite the same - and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in the review and standardising our finance processes

Maintain accurate Accounts Payable ledger

Processing of staff expenses and Credit Cards

Supplier account reconciliations

Raising weekly/monthly supplier payments

Manage supplier queries

Month end accounts reporting & support

Seek and implement workflow improvements

Support year-end audit preparation with well-organised documentation

Prepare monthly general ledger summaries and control account reconciliations

What You'll Bring

2+ years in a finance, accounting, or similar role Confident with reconciliations, ledger management, and streamlining processes Good Excel skills & experience with Sage Intacct is a bonus Sharp attention to detail and a can-do, team-first attitude
