Due to continued Company growth Conway Packing Services Ltd www.conwaypack.co.uk has the following finance vacancy-

Job Role- Finance Officer

Reporting to - The Group Accountant

Full or Part Time considered minimum of 25 hours

Salary - 26k - 27.5k - dependant on experience and pro rata as necessary

and Person Spec-

Job Purpose:

To support the finance department in the delivery of various finance tasks, including Credit Control

Job Duties:

Credit control. (particularly important)

Complete bank reconciliation.

Complete the reconciliation of petty cash and company credit card accounts.

Recording of utility accounts - gas, electric, water, oil etc.

Processing of purchase invoices.

Processing of sales invoices.

Purchase order systems.

Updating debtor accounts.

Make payments to suppliers.

Prepare inter-company balance reconciliations.

Provide financial information to stake holders.

Filing.

Liaison with management when required.

Qualifications:

AAT is desirable but not mandatory

Other requirements:

Full DBS Check

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role

Sage 50
