Finance Officer



Hours:

22.5 hours per week (part time)

Rennie House, Tring

Salary:

28,861 per annum (pro rata)

The role of Finance Officer is in place to ensure that all fundraising income is allocated correctly and reconciles with the fundraising database.


You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

Support the process to count, reconcile, bank and record all fundraising revenue. Administer the correct coding and inputting of gifts onto the Raiser's Edge database. Support fundraising's Gift Aid reclaim process, maximising reclaims. Inputting gift income data with absolute accuracy and consistency including downloading reports from various online donation platforms. Produce weekly reconciliation of various bank accounts across the Rennie Grove Peace portfolio ensuring parity with Raiser's Edge database. Day to day support of the Fundraising Revenue Team Leader and volunteers, helping to complete the duties of the fundraising revenue team. Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
