Role Purpose
Infinigate Cloud are seeking a commercially focused Finance Operations Manager ready for the next impactful step in your career. This newly developed role within an evolving business holds responsibility for managing Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliations, incentives and product margin reporting. This role offers autonomy and an opportunity to transform financial operations as the business scales.

Please note this is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week based in our Fareham office. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own and manage cost-of-sales accruals (including Microsoft reconciliation models 1, 2 and 3 + Other vendor models), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee the full Accounts Payable function -- invoice workflows, payment runs, and supplier engagement
Reconcile vendor invoices vs. agreements and master price lists, supporting better cost visibility and control
Lead vendor and product margin analysis, delivering monthly reporting and insight to Finance and Commercial stakeholders
Account for and analyse incentive programs, rebates, and funding agreements
Maintain robust cash flow forecasting, including short-term liquidity planning and payment scheduling
Support budgeting and forecasting processes of vendor costs, gross margins and cashflows
Lead business transformation initiatives across finance operations including:
Implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Support ERP/finance system migration and enhancements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in Power Query
Build scalable workflows and documentation
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2/3 finance professionals
General Skills
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Solid background in payables, accruals, vendor accounting, and cash management
Proven experience in business process improvement or finance transformation initiatives
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse and explain margin and incentive performance
Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfortable working with finance systems or ERP tools
Clear communicator with experience collaborating across non finance teams
Hands-on leader with a drive for continuous improvement and scalable solutions
Desirable
Experience supporting post-acquisition integration or operating within a group or multi-entity structure.
Understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
