We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager whose mission is to successfully and efficiently run the Financial Operations team, to best support the rest of the business.

Why is this role important for Automata?




You will be responsible for the review & generation of financial data for the business - value creation through building the management accounts each month; alongside being the main point of contact from finance for the rest of the business.

In this role you will be responsible for:





Prepare management accounts, reconcile all balance sheet accounts Oversee Accounts Payable including payment run and staff expenses Prepare quarterly VAT Return Review, reconcile, and post monthly payroll Business partnering with company departments Supervising and mentoring junior team members

What it takes:



AAT qualification (at a minimum) At least 5 years accountancy experience Experience managing at least 1 team member
