Join Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will work closely with the local management team and key stakeholders from across the Motor business, as well as the Bank's wider finance team which situated in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Monthly Business Performance & Reporting responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following areas:

Partner with Senior Sales Colleagues to support new business volume initiatives and analysis on trends / performance Provide scrutiny and challenge on commercial performance and pricings to support the Close Brother model Support and influence in the creation of Sales incentive schemes and payments against the scheme Delivery of Business Cases for emerging growth initiatives, providing a rounded view of costs, benefits and risks Report monthly new business volume results and trends to Motor Exco

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:



Excellent attention to detail Proficient in technical aspects of accounting Advanced Excel skills Confident in working with senior stakeholders Engaging communication style and the ability to explain complex financial matters to non-finance colleagues Highly motivated with a pro-active attitude towards work Professional communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrated analytical skills Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure Track record of building good working relationships Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:



Excel modelling experience Experience of the Financial Services or Automotive sectors
