Mercor is seeking financial analysis experts to collaborate on a high-impact project focused on corporate, market, and fund-level synthesis. This contract opportunity involves reviewing financial statements and strategy documents to evaluate company performance and positioning. 2. Key Responsibilities

Interpret and analyze company financial statements and disclosures Cross-reference narrative sections (e.g., Management Discussion) with quantitative data Calculate key financial metrics such as YoY revenue growth Identify and explain the primary drivers of financial performance Deliver concise written analyses aligned with AI training goals

3. Ideal Qualifications

2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or consulting Strong proficiency in financial modeling and accounting principles Expertise in interpreting 10-K/10-Q filings and MD&A sections Excellent analytical and written communication skills Comfort working independently with minimal guidance
