We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Associate. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Partner with business leaders helping them to make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offs + Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
+ Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards
+ Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long term strategic plan
+ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities
+ Engage with the business on cross functional strategic projects

Skills and Experience

+ A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline + 2+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company considered a plus, but not required
+ Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experience
+ Ability to work autonomously
+ Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with SQL preferred

Working Policy:

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
