About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our world-class team and support the next phase of growth. You'll play a key role in supporting all areas of the company and assessing the financial implications of strategic decisions and growth opportunities

What you'll be doing
Managing the Finance & Strategy relationship with 1-2 departments
Diving deep to understand and monitor your coverage areas' financial performance
Building/Reviewing financial models for new products in your coverage area
Setting KPIs for your coverage department
Supporting decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
Developing financial insights and frameworks for department owners and senior leaders
Analysing revenue and margins across countries, user segments, and products, and benchmarking against other regions
Identifying and driving growth and profitability through business case initiatives
Measuring impact of initiatives such as pricing, margin improvement, and new product or region assessments
Performing wider analysis to determine actionable insights that improve profitability
What you'll need
3+ years of experience in financial or data analysis consulting at a top-tier firm, or in financial strategy, planning, or analysis in a fast-growing tech company
Solid quantitative and technical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as SQL or Python
A robust working knowledge of accounting and finance
A track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A minimum 2:1 degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university
Nice to have
CFA (or other relevant industry certifications) or MBA from a top-tier university
Industry expertise in banking and credit products, payments, acquiring, wealth and trading, marketing, or B2B sales
