Job Description

Who Are You?

You're a qualified financial guru with insight into how we can best handle all the money-related areas of our business. You love working with people as well as numbers, and you're the sort of person who is always happy to get stuck in. Problems are there to be solved, not observed. You appreciate the skills of the rest of our team and are able to integrate easily to add an extra dimension.

Who Are We?

We're The Digital Maze, and we help our customers to navigate the often confusing subject that is eCommerce. We are a full service digital marketing agency based in Derby, specialising in Business to Business (B2B), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and Web Development - mixing a data-led approach with creativity to get amazing results for our clients.
We've helped hundreds of clients connect with their audience and turn leads into customers. 30+ experienced team members, combining 100+ years of digital and business expertise. We offer our clients long-term solutions to transform their online growth with lasting effects. Our results may be astonishing but we are careful and considerate in our approach. We dream big but make sure we can deliver on everything we commit to. We all have a specific digital marketing role, but we work as one team. We celebrate the fantastic results our teams achieve.

Ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance teams. Proven ability to investigate issues and embed process changes to address them.

Experience of using Xero Experience managing a small finance team.

How we will support you?

We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support. Our reward package includes much more than pay, 25 days annual leave (both pro-rata), hybrid work and pension.

We recognise our Colleagues who go above and beyond, providing things like a Discount scheme, which includes high street, supermarkets, flash sales, gym memberships, as well as access to wellbeing assistance and more.

Our people are pretty fabulous. We take pride and pleasure in helping others to flourish, and we have a great energy as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
