What you'll be doing::

At Iomart, we're on a mission to transform the way finance supports business growth. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Transformation Manager to drive the implementation and optimisation of our finance systems and processes. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance operations--are you ready to lead the change?

You'll spearhead the delivery of finance systems that are scalable, resilient, and built for automation. Your work will embed a culture of continuous improvement across systems, processes, and governance, ensuring Iomart's finance function is future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:Lead implementation of systems across intercompany, banking, general ledger, consolidation, forecasting, and billing Translate business requirements into robust system specifications Identify and deliver automation and process improvement opportunities Develop governance documentation and steer project alignment with leadership Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with precision Oversee testing cycles (Functional, SIT, UAT) and ensure stakeholder engagement Define and implement test plans, entry/exit criteria, and process impact assessments Establish and document new processes (e.g., user reference data management) Coordinate training plans and ensure complete handover to BAU teams Apply transformation principles to key system replacements: P2P, finance systems, and billing platforms

We want to hear from you if you::
Have proven experience in finance transformation, system implementation, and continuous improvement. Have a strong understanding of finance processes and systems. Have a knowledge of project management methodologies and testing frameworks. Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Are able to prepare governance papers and manage steering committees. Have experience in financial controls and consolidation. Are able to influence change and drive process re-engineering. Have proven ability to work effectively with offshore teams and global delivery models to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
