As a Manager, you will lead key workstreams within larger finance transformation engagements, working with clients to design and implement modern, efficient finance functions. You will manage junior teams, contribute to digital solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery across client projects.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery of finance transformation workstreams, focusing on areas such as process redesign, operating model implementation, or automation.
Conduct assessments of existing finance functions and support development of future-state models aligned with client strategies.
Support ERP and EPM implementations by translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
Interface with client managers and process owners to drive adoption and alignment of transformation initiatives.
Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and within scope, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
Guide and coach junior consultants, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Assist in proposal development and contribute subject matter expertise during sales cycles.
Qualifications
6-8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience in finance transformation, FP&A, controllership, or shared services.
Hands-on experience with finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan), and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage.
