Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of our Cambridge based clients who are world leaders within their field. They are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern. This role would suit a candidate making their first move from a practice environment.

Typical duties include:

- Supporting both internal and external reporting processes

- Ensuring deadlines are met when producing financial reports

- Performing self-assessments to identify areas for improvement

- Maintaining a high level of accuracy when monitoring internal policies and procedures

- Supporting with any audit processes

- Ensuring statutory accounts are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Performing any other ad-hoc tasks where required

You will have:

- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA)

- The ability to be flexible and support the needs of the wider team when necessary

- A keen eye for detail

- Experience within a practice environment (Ideally 'Big 4")
