This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a global professional services firm based in Leeds. The role supports the accounting and finance function, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.

• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations
• Post journals, accruals, and prepayments in line with accounting standards
• Support EMEA quarterly reporting and contribute to annual statutory accounts
• Analyse and interpret financial results, providing clear insight behind the numbers
• Strengthen financial controls and maintain high-quality documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Challenge existing processes and contribute ideas to improve systems and workflows
• Support continuous improvement across the finance function

• Be comfortable working with intercompany accounting in a multi-entity, international environment
• Be willing to contribute ideas and drive improvements
• Studying towards ACCA or CIMA (part-qualified or finalist level)
• Confident working on MS Excel
