Responsibilities.

To assist with the production of the following in accordance with required timescales, deadlines and standards of accuracy:


Assisting with consolidated Management accounts information.


Consolidated Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.


Manage cash management and FX deals.


To support the Financial Controller with the following: -


Manage the UK HP transactions.


Manage UK/Ireland/Tan fixed assets.


Assisting with reviewing overseas information for submission to our parent company.


Consolidated balance sheet reconciliations.


Liaising with overseas subsidiaries to ensure information is accurate.


The production of the Cash flow forecast, using this to aid any forwards that need to be processed and to liaise with the Financial Controller to ensure that any problems are foreseen and resolved as early as possible.


Working with the Senior accountant to review controls and ensuring that any internal audit recommendations are implemented.


Compiling Tax information and dealing with any queries.


Compiling Year end information for Auditors.


Compiling year end information for statutory accounts.


Working with the parts manager on the stock to ensure that the reporting is accurate both monthly and yearly.


Assisting with the production and maintenance of financial instruments.


Maintain and develop accounting systems, making recommendations for change and improvement.


Monitor and support financial year-end activities for the Group.


All aspects of Finance work as required.


Any adhoc duties in line with business needs.


Ensure that Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures are adhered to as appropriate to work being undertaken.
