We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our team at One Heart Clinic. In this pivotal role, you will manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, contributing significantly to the financial health of our organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and who has practical experience supporting finance operations in a dynamic environment.

You will support core finance operations including reconciliation, invoice processing, and will work closely with the Senior Financial Accountant. The role also includes covering for the Finance Assistant during leave, ensuring continuity of essential finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

????o?????Perform bank reconciliations on Xero

????o?????Invoice & bill checking/processing (Xero/Semble and internal billing platforms)

????o?????Verify supporting documentation for bills and ensure accurate posting to the correct P&L accounts

????o?????Support and hoc finance operations and team needs

????o?????Cover for Finance Assistant during annual leave or absence (e.g. send remittances / monitoring emails).

General Assistance:

(The role will also involve

providing support

to the Senior Financial Accountant on the following activities, rather than leading them directly)

????o?????Reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports

????o?????Raising invoices via internal billing platforms

????o?????Preparing manual journal entries

????o?????Supporting the creation and analysis of financial reports

????o?????Participating in automation initiatives and finance improvement projects

Requirements:

????o?????Degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

????o?????At least 2-3 years of practical experience in a finance or accounting role

????o?????High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

????o?????Solid understanding of financial processes (accounts payable, reconciliation, billing)

????o?????Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero and Semble) is an advantage

????o?????Proficiency in Excel and data handling

????o?????Eagerness to grow and contribute to a collaborative finance team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
