About the Role:

We're looking for a Financial Accountant to support our expanding operations and contribute to our continued success. This is a new role reporting to the Head of Accounts, resulting from the continued rapid growth of the business.

You'll receive ongoing training and development to ensure your skills keep evolving alongside your career.

Main responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate financial records and transactions. Reconciling bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Overseeing Purchase and Sales Ledger functions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist in preparing financial statements and tax returns. Provide support to the accounting team on ad-hoc tasks. Contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in an accounting or finance role.

Qualifications: Part Qualified in ACCA or CIMA.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A drive to help improve processes and contribute to team success.
